Talent Corner HR Services in Mumbai, Lower Parel, invites an experienced Logistics Executive to join our team. The role focuses on SEA freight operations including FCL/LCL, hazardous goods, reefers, and cross-country shipments.

You will manage end-to-end processes and ensure smooth execution of shipments. The candidate will quote customers, place bookings, coordinate with lines and customers, update portals with VGM and loading lists, and track shipments until the return of empty containers.

Responsabilidades

• Handling SEA FCL & LCL shipments.
• Managing HAZ, NON-HAZ, REEFER, All India ICD shipments, Cross Country shipments, Nominations, and HAZ Tank shipments
• Preparing and submitting quotations to customers and following up until booking confirmation.
• Placing bookings with shipping lines through both online and manual processes.
• Coordinating with shipping lines to obtain booking confirmations.
• Coordinating with customers for pickup and stuffing planning.
• Updating shipment details in the portal and submitting VGM and Loading Lists to shipping lines.
• Sending onboard confirmations to customers.
• Tracking shipments until empty container return.
