Job summary

SAMSARA SHIPPING is seeking an experienced Customer Service professional in Mumbai to support Break Bulk and RORO–Liner Shipping operations. The role requires a Graduate with 3+ years of relevant experience and strong communication skills to manage shipments from pre‑shipment to arrival.

You will work cross‑functionally to maintain customer satisfaction, pass on sales leads to Sales Executives, and maintain customer records in the ERP system.

Qualifications

• Graduate with 3+ years of relevant customer service experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experience in Break Bulk or RORO - Liner Shipping / Forwarding preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and track pre-shipment to post-shipment until arrival at destination.
• Coordinate with all departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Identify sales leads and update customer records in the ERP system.
