About the Role

This Customer Service Associate role in Siliguri focuses on voice-based customer support in a structured contact centre environment. Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers in Hindi and English according to their preferred language.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: Class XII / H.S. Pass
• Experience: Freshers or candidates with 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Language Skills: Ability to understand and communicate in Hindi and English according to customer preference
• English Competency: Equivalent to Versant Level 3 or 4
• Typing Speed: 40 words per minute with no errorsWritten Communication: Equivalent to CEFR Level B1, including grammar, sentence construction, and subject-verb agreement
• Computer & Digital Skills: Working knowledge of internet and mobile applications, system navigation, MS Excel, and MS Word
• System Knowledge: Ability to work with CRM, telephony, and contact centre applications through Citrix Workspace
