Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) who can efficiently manage patient enquiries, provide counselling over phone, coordinate appointments, and ensure smooth communication between doctors and patients. The candidate should have good communication skills, patient handling ability, and basic coordination experience.

Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming patient enquiry leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

Counsel patients regarding clinic services and treatments.

Schedule and manage doctor consultation appointments.

Follow up with existing and potential patients regularly.

Respond to patient queries and provide necessary assistance.

Coordinate between doctors and patients for smooth consultation and treatment processes.

Remind patients about upcoming treatment sessions and follow-up visits.

Maintain proper patient records and documentation.

Assist and guide patients during their clinic visits to ensure a smooth experience.

Support the front office and patient coordination activities when required.
