Job summary

Responsibilities

• Handle patient enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and other channels.
• Counsel patients regarding suitable consultations and treatment procedures.

• Follow up with new and existing patients to convert enquiries into appointments.
• Maintain accurate records of patient enquiries, appointments, follow-ups and conversions.
• Support front-office and patient coordination activities as required.

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) who can effectively handle patient enquiries, provide counselling, coordinate appointments, and ensure an excellent patient experience throughout the consultation and treatment journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle patient enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Understand patient requirements and provide information about clinic services and treatments.
• Counsel patients regarding suitable consultations and treatment procedures.
• Explain treatment processes, consultation details, and appointment procedures clearly.
• Schedule and coordinate doctor consultations and appointments.
• Follow up regularly with new and existing patients.
• Convert enquiries and leads into confirmed appointments through effective communication and follow-up.
• Coordinate between patients, doctors, and clinic staff to ensure smooth consultations.
• Send appointment reminders and follow up on scheduled consultations and treatment sessions.
• Handle patient queries professionally and provide appropriate assistance.
• Maintain accurate records of patient enquiries, appointments, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Assist and guide patients during their clinic visits.
• Ensure a professional and positive patient experience at every interaction.
• Support front-office and patient coordination activities whenever required.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information and follow clinic procedures.

Candidate Requirements

• Qualification: Any Graduate / Diploma
• Experience: 1–4 years preferred
• Freshers with excellent communication and interpersonal skills may also be considered.
• Experience in Healthcare, Hospitals, Cosmetic Clinics, Aesthetic Clinics, Skin & Hair Clinics, Wellness, Customer Service, Telecalling, Counselling, or Front Office will be preferred.
