Job summary

HUEBOND is seeking a Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) in India, Kerala. The role focuses on building and maintaining client relationships, serving as the main contact for inquiries, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of relevant experience, excellent English communication, and strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Hindi language is a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Client Relationship, Customer Service, Front Office, Hospitality, or a similar role.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Hindi speaking ability will be an added advantage.
• Professional personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
