Job summary

Aaditya Equipments is seeking a Customer Relationship Manager to manage and expand relationships with existing clients from our Raipur operations. The role focuses on delivering excellent service, timely updates, and proactive issue resolution across production, dispatch, and sales teams.

You will act as the main client liaison for day-to-day requirements, record needs and queries, and ensure timely communication and follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Excellent client service orientation.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple internal teams (Production, Dispatch, Accounts, Sales).

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular communication with existing clients.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients for day-to-day requirements.
• Record client requirements, queries, and concerns accurately.
• Coordinate with Production, Dispatch, Accounts, and Sales to resolve client needs.
• Provide timely updates on order status, production, dispatch and delivery.
• Follow up for pending information, documents, approvals and payments.
• Handle client complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain records of client communications, orders, complaints and follow-ups.
• Check regularly with clients on satisfaction and build strong relationships.
• Follow up with inactive clients to understand their requirements and maintain relationships.
• Collect client feedback and share with management.
• Ensure client requests are communicated and closed on time.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on client communication, pending issues, complaints and resolutions.
• Maintain professional, polite, and prompt communication with all clients.
