Job summary

Friends Ispat Ahmedabad is seeking a Customer Relationships Executive to build and maintain strong ties with customers and key personnel. You will contact customers via calls, emails, or meetings to ensure satisfaction with purchased products and coordinate with internal teams to fulfill needs.

Required are excellent Hindi and Gujarati communication, good English, strong relationship management, and the ability to work in a high-energy environment.
