Job summary

Glopack Industries in India is seeking a proactive Customer Relations Executive to handle inquiries, process orders and coordinate follow-ups with clients. You will communicate with existing customers to ensure smooth order progression and timely information flow.

Responsibilities include tracking orders, preparing quotations and sales documents, resolving complaints, maintaining CRM data, chasing payments when required, and generating reports on enquiries and activities to support sales
