Job summary

Maks Group in Pune is seeking a front desk/customer service executive to greet visitors, manage front desk operations, and serve as the main contact at dealerships or service centers.

You will schedule service bookings, test drives, and maintenance check-ins, log customer feedback and complaints, coordinate resolution with internal teams, and maintain CRM records and workshop job cards. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer experiences.
