Job summary

• Manage and strengthen relationships with existing customers through the dealerships loyalty and customer retention programs.
• Contact customers regularly to understand their requirements, preferences, and overall ownership experience.
• Promote loyalty benefits, service packages, renewal offers, accessories, exchange offers, and exclusive customer programs.
• Track customer engagement and identify opportunities for repeat purchases, service retention, referrals, and upgrades.
• Conduct customer follow-ups on service visits, vehicle maintenance, insurance renewals, and upcoming purchase requirements.
• Maintain accurate customer records, loyalty program enrollment, interactions, and follow-up status in CRM/DMS systems.
• Coordinate with Sales, Service, CRM, Insurance, and Accessories teams to ensure smooth customer experience.
• Handle customer queries and resolve concerns by coordinating with the concerned departments.
• Organize and invite customers for loyalty events, customer meets, campaigns, and special dealership activities.
• Achieve defined targets for customer retention, loyalty enrollment, referrals, repeat business, and customer engagement.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management, Customer Retention, Loyalty Programs, Telecalling or Automotive Dealerships.
• Should have strong customer communication, relationship-building, and follow-up skills.
