Job summary

Livspace in Pune is seeking a CDM - Design to oversee design for 12-15 projects monthly by a team of 6-10 designers, driving productivity and guiding design discussions.

The role focuses on client experience, relationship management, maintaining design quality as measured by Net Promoter Score, and training designers on technical details.

Qualifications

• Qualification preferably B.Arch, B.Interior Design.
• Masters/Specialization in Construction Planning Management, MBA, Design Management.
• 5+ years' experience as an Interior Designer/ Project Manager.
• Led and delivered a minimum of 10 Residential/Interior projects end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Managing Designing Projects and leading design discussions.
• Managing and ensuring the productivity and work output of a Team of Designers.
• Customer Experience & Relationship Management.
• Ensuring output on design Net Promoter Survey (Customer rating).

Role & responsibilities
