Role & responsibilities

A Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) in the interior design industry acts as the primary link between the client, the design team, and execution vendors. They manage client communication, track project milestones from design to final handover, resolve on-site grievances, and maintain accurate database logs.

Preferred candidate profile

• Client Communication: Serve as the single point of contact for project updates, material selections, and scheduling.
• Milestone Tracking: Monitor design finalization, factory production timelines, and site dispatch updates.
• Vendor & Fitter Coordination: Work with internal designers, carpenters, and installation teams to ensure execution aligns with the agreed timeline.
• Grievance Resolution: Address post-installation or mid-project client complaints quickly and professionally.
• Data & Feedback Management: Record customer preferences, update project statuses in tracking software, and collect post-handover reviews
• Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Communications, Interior Architecture, or a related field.
• Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or interior/construction project coordination.
• Industry Knowledge: Basic familiarity with interior design phases, materials, and modular furniture manufacturing workflows.
• Software Skills: Proficiency in CRM tools and general project tools like Excel.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional negotiation, multi-lingual communication, and active problem-solving abilities
