Job summary

Livspace is seeking a Business Manager - Design to oversee design output for 12–15 projects monthly through a team of 6–10 designers. The role focuses on maximizing productivity, delivering excellent client experiences, and guiding design discussions.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in interior design or project management, with a track record of leading end-to-end residential projects and a relevant degree (B.Arch/B.Interior; MBA/Design Management preferred).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's qualification preferably B.Arch or B.Interior Design.
• Management/MBA or Design Management.
• 3+ years' experience as an Interior Designer/ Project Manager.
• Led and delivered a minimum of 10 Residential/Interior projects end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Manage and ensure productivity and output of a Team of Designers.
• Customer Experience & Relationship Management.
• Train designers on technical details where required.

Job description

• Managing and ensuring the productivity and work output of a Team of Designers.
• Customer Experience & Relationship Management.
• Training designers on technical details (wherever required).
