Job summary

Homelane in Bengaluru seeks a senior leader to guide a team of Architects and Interior Designers, driving the project funnel from order to production readiness and co-owning design-to-sales metrics.

You will ensure premium customer experience, manage high-value client interactions, and collaborate with production, operations, and installation teams to deliver flawless project execution.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in interior design or architecture.
• At least 5 years of experience in interior design.
• Experience leading and managing design teams.
• Strong design acumen with sales orientation.
• Understanding of project pipeline / funnel management and revenue predictability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage high-value customers, handle escalations, influence decisions, and drive conversions.
• Experience building, mentoring, and scaling design teams is advantageous.

Preferred candidate profile

3-5 year Diploma/Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
