Job summary

Livspace is seeking a Business Manager - Design to oversee the design for multiple projects monthly, leading a team of designers and ensuring productivity through trainings and discussions. You will manage designing for 12–15 projects monthly, guide a team of 6–10 designers, and drive customer experience and relationship management, while ensuring high design outputs reflected in customer feedback.

• B.Arch or Interior Design degree required.
• 3+ years of experience in interior design or project management.
• Led and delivered at least 10 residential/interior projects end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Manage designing for 12–15 projects month-on-month.
• Lead a team of 6–10 designers and train them.
• Drive customer experience and relationship management.
• Ensure design outputs meet Net Promoter Survey ratings.
• Conduct design trainings and lead design discussions.

As a Business Manager - Design, you are responsible for managing the designing for projects month-on-month, through a team of

designers. You will ensure their productivity & work output by imparting required trainings and leading discussions on designs.

• Manage designing of 12 to 15 projects month-on-month.
• Ensuring work output of a Team of 6 to 10 Designers.
• Drive Customer experience & Relationship Management.
• Ensure output on design Net Promoter Survey (Customer rating).
• Training designers on technical details and managing/ leading design discussions.

EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS

• B.Arch, B.Interior Design | Masters/Specialization: Construction Planning Management, MBA, Design Management.
• 3+ years of relevant experience as an Interior Designer/ Project Manager.
• Led and delivered minimum 10 Residential/Interior projects (end to end Project Management)
