Job summary

Livspace in Pune, India seeks a CDM - Design to manage design output for 12–15 projects monthly through a designated team.

You will drive design reviews, mentor a 6–10 designer group, and coordinate with clients to ensure satisfaction and timely delivery. This role requires leading end-to-end interior projects with hands-on guidance.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
• 5+ years’ experience as an Interior Designer/Project Manager.
• Led and delivered at least 10 residential/interior projects end-to-end.

Job description

As a CDM - Design, you will be responsible for managing the designing for 12 to 15 projects month-on-month through a team of 6 to 10 designers. The output of which would be achieved through managing their design productivity, imparting required training and design discussions.

What We’re Looking For

• Qualification preferably B.Arch, B.Interior Design.
• 5+ years' experience as an Interior Designer/ Project Manager.
• Led and delivered a minimum of 10 Residential/Interior projects (end-to-end project management).
