Job summary

Livspace is seeking a Design Lead to oversee design output across 12–15 projects monthly, guiding a team of 6–10 designers. You will drive design discussions, ensure productivity, and maintain strong client relationships to deliver high-quality residential interiors.

The role includes mentoring designers, conducting technical trainings, and driving customer satisfaction metrics. Experience in interior design leadership and a track record of delivering multiple projects is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Interior Design required.
• 5+ years' experience as Interior Designer/Project Manager.
• Led and delivered a minimum of 10 residential/interior projects end-to-end.

Job description

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's Qualification in B.Interior Design.
• Masters/ Specialization: Construction Planning Management, MBA, Design Management.
• 5+ years' experience as an Interior Designer/ Project Manager.
• Led and delivered a minimum of 10 Residential/Interior projects (end-to-end project management).
