Job summary

Livspace is seeking a Customer Delivery Manager - Design to oversee 12 to 15 projects monthly with a team of 6 to 10 designers. You will manage design productivity, provide training, and engage in design discussions to ensure quality outputs.

You will drive customer experience, maintain relationships, and ensure strong performance on the design Net Promoter Survey. Prior experience in interior design or project management is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level architecture or interior design degree preferred.
• Masters/ MBA in design management or construction planning advantageous.
• 5+ years' experience as interior designer or project manager.
• Led and delivered at least 10 residential/interior projects end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Manage design projects and lead design discussions.
• Ensure productivity and output of a team of designers.
• Handle customer experience and relationship management.
• Drive output on the design Net Promoter Survey (customer rating).
• Train designers on technical details when required.

Job description

Role: Customer Delivery Manager - Design

As a CDM - Design, you will be responsible for managing the design for 12 to 15 projects month-on-month through a team of 6 to 10 designers. The output of which would be achieved through managing their design productivity, imparting required training, and design discussions.

What Youll Own

• Managing Design Projects and leading design discussions.
• Managing and ensuring the productivity and work output of a Team of Designers.
• Customer Experience & Relationship Management.
• Ensuring output on the design Net Promoter Survey (Customer rating).
• Training designers on technical details (wherever required).

Expertise & Qualifications:

• Qualification preferably B.Arch, B.Interior Design.
• Masters/ Specialization: Construction Planning Management, MBA, Design Management.
• 5+ years' experience as an Interior Designer/ Project Manager.
• Led and delivered a minimum of 10 Residential/Interior projects (end-to-end project management).
