Sobering Hr Consultancy in India – Bidhannagar, West Bengal is hiring a Customer Care Executive. You will engage with customers via chat, phone, or email, resolve queries, and ensure high satisfaction while updating records and coordinating with the team.

Candidates with 6 months in customer care and good English communication are preferred; undergraduates and graduates are eligible. The role involves 5 days of work, rotation shifts (Day/Night), and 1–4.5 LPA salary range with incentives.
