Job summary

R Systems International Limited is seeking a dedicated Customer Care Executive - Backend Process with 1–2 years of customer service experience. The role focuses on handling customer interactions via calls and emails, resolving queries, and maintaining accurate records to ensure high satisfaction.

Immediate joiner preferred; day shift and 5-day work week with cabs provided to Greater Noida West. Graduation is mandatory.

• Coordinate with internal teams for query resolution and process completion.
