Job summary

MACOM in Delhi is seeking a diligent professional to manage customer order booking in CRM as orders are received and to build strong relationships with key customers in the region.

You will maintain accurate client data in the CRM, support the sales team with CRM tasks, and resolve customer queries via calls while utilizing MS Office and Google Sheets for ledgers and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Customer Order Booking in CRM as received orders.
• Building & maintaining relationships with key customers.
• Maintain and update client data in the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Provide support to the sales team with CRM-related tasks.
• Resolving customer queries, preparing ledgers and addressing the issues highlighted by the customers through call.
• Good Knowledge in MS Office & Google Sheets.
