DK Mission Force in Pune, Maharashtra invites a proactive CRM Coordinator to join our operations team. You will manage CRM and customer records, handle inquiries and follow-ups, and coordinate with Sales and Operations to ensure smooth client interactions.

You will also generate reports, follow up with leads, and help maintain relationships to boost customer satisfaction and retention. Strong communication and Excel skills are essential to succeed in this role.
