Job summary

IIFL Home Loans in Chennai seeks a Credit Processing Associate to support evaluation, processing, and approval of credit applications. You will review financial documents, assess creditworthiness, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure policy adherence.

The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and familiarity with credit systems; BFSI experience is preferred. Education in finance or related field completes the profile.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, commerce, business administration, or related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in credit processing, loan underwriting support, or financial analysis (preferred in BFSI sector).
• Basic understanding of financial statements and credit risk assessment.

Responsibilities

• Review and process loan/credit applications in line with internal policies.
• Scan all the documents & upload the same in system.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of all required documents before processing.
• Coordinate with Sales teams for any missing or additional information.
• Initiate legal & technical vetting in the system.
• Followup on pending cases and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
