Job summary

IIFL Home Loans in Chennai is seeking a detail-oriented Credit Processing Associate to support the evaluation, processing, and approval of credit applications. You will review financial documents, assess creditworthiness, and ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory guidelines.

The role involves coordinating with Sales teams, initiating legal and technical vetting in the system, and following up on pending cases to resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, commerce, business administration, or related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in credit processing, loan underwriting support, or financial analysis (preferred in BFSI sector).
• Basic understanding of financial statements and credit risk assessment.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and process loan/credit applications in line with internal policies.
• Scan all the documents and upload the same in system.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of all required documents before processing.
• Coordinate with Sales teams for missing or additional information.
• Initiate legal and technical vetting in the system.
• Follow up on pending cases and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
