Job summary

Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. in Mumbai is seeking a Credit Analyst specialized in midmarkets to prepare credit appraisal notes and assess risk for corporates.

The role requires liaising with business teams to define terms and collect information for CRANs. You will monitor portfolios against sanctioning terms, compile monthly/quarterly reports, and visit client units to submit inspection reports.

Qualifications

• Experience in credit underwriting for midmarkets corporates.
• Working knowledge of Excel for preparation of financial models.
• Experience in project finance and/or infra sector credit analysis preferred (not mandatory).
• CA/MBA/CFA credentials.
• Strong verbal, written communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare credit appraisal notes for midmarkets corporates.
• Discuss terms and conditions with business for risk assessments.
• Coordinate with customers to obtain information for CRANs.
• Monitor portfolio accounts according to sanctioning terms.

Role: Credit Analyst - Midmarkets

Location: Mumbai

Job Role

• Preparation of Credit Appraisal notes for Midmarkets Corporates
• Discuss with business on Terms and Conditions for risk assessments
• Discuss with customers for obtention of information for preparation of CRANs.
• Monitor the accounts based on the terms stipulated by the Sanctioning Authority.
• Prepare Monthly/Quarterly Monitoring Reports for the portfolio.
• Escalate with an action plan for non compliances.
• Visit the units and submit inspection reports.
• Manage and address any escalations related to risk assessments

Job Requirements

• Experience required in Credit Underwriting for Midmarkets Corporates
• Working knowledge of Excel for preparation of Financial Models
• Experience in Project Finance and / or Infra sector credit analysis would be preferred (not mandatory).
