Job summary

Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. seeks a Credit Analyst for Midmarkets in Mumbai to prepare credit appraisal notes and discuss risk terms with business units.

The role includes gathering information for CRANs, monitoring portfolios, and producing regular reports. Travel to units for inspections may be required. The ideal candidate has midmarkets credit under-writing experience, strong Excel-based modeling skills, and good written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in Credit Underwriting for Midmarkets Corporates.
• Working knowledge of Excel for preparation of Financial Models.
• Experience in Project Finance and/or Infra sector credit analysis would be preferred (not mandatory).
• CA/MBA/CFA qualifications.
• Good verbal, written communication & presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Credit Appraisal notes for Midmarkets Corporates.
• Discuss terms and conditions for risk assessments with the business.
• Gather information from customers for CRANs preparation.
• Monitor accounts based on sanctioning authority terms.
• Prepare Monthly/Quarterly Monitoring Reports for the portfolio.
• Escalate issues with an action plan for non-compliances.
• Visit units and submit inspection reports.
• Manage escalations related to risk assessments.

Job Role

• Preparation of Credit Appraisal notes for Midmarkets Corporates
• Discuss with business on Terms and Conditions for risk assessments
• Discuss with customers for obtention of information for preparation of CRANs.
• Monitor the accounts based on the terms stipulated by the Sanctioning Authority.
• Prepare Monthly/Quarterly Monitoring Reports for the portfolio.
• Escalate with an action plan for non compliances.
• Visit the units and submit inspection reports.
• Manage and address any escalations related to risk assessments
