Job summary

Ciel HR is seeking an IT Talent Acquisition professional to manage end-to-end IT recruitment in Bengaluru. You will handle technical hiring across diverse domains such as Frontend, Backend, SAP, Testing, Android, and DevOps.

The role requires sourcing excellence, stakeholder management, and seamless coordination with hiring managers. Immediate joiners only, with 2–3 years of IT recruitment experience in a corporate/MNC or RPO environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years IT recruitment experience.
• Experience in corporate MNC environments or RPO preferred.
• Immediate joiners only (notice period)
• Location: Bangalore / Bengaluru area.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles across Retail, E-commerce, and SCM domains.
• Handle hiring for technical roles including Frontend, Backend, SAP, Testing, Android, DevOps, and other niche skills.
• Demonstrate strong sourcing capabilities using job portals, social media and referrals.
• Drive strategic hiring initiatives with proactive sourcing.
• Conduct initial HR screenings and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Oversee interview scheduling, feedback tracking, and offer rollouts.
• Partner with hiring managers to define roles and create effective job briefs.
• Maintain strong stakeholder communication and coordination with internal teams.
• Collaborate with TA Manager on recruitment strategies and employer branding.
• Ensure timely closures with all stakeholders.

Mandatory Requirement

Candidates must have experience working in a corporate MNC environment or have worked as part of an RPO.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles across Retail, E-commerce, and Supply Chain Management domains
• Handle hiring for technical roles including Frontend, Backend, SAP, Testing, Android, DevOps, and other niche skill sets
• Demonstrate strong sourcing capabilities using job portals, social media platforms, and employee referrals
• Drive strategic hiring initiatives with a focus on proactive sourcing
• Conduct initial HR screenings and coordinate closely with hiring managers
• Oversee interview scheduling, feedback tracking, and offer rollouts
• Partner with hiring managers to define roles, build candidate profiles, and create effective job briefs
• Strong experience in stakeholder management, including effective communication, expectation management, and coordination with internal teams
• Collaborate with the TA Manager on recruitment strategies and employer branding initiatives
• Ensure timely closures by working closely with all stakeholders
• Must possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Hands-on experience working with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is mandatory.
