Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for permanent, contractual, and temporary staffing requirements.
• Understand client hiring requirements and prepare recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Negotiate salary and assist in offer rollouts.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality standards.
