LeadingEdge HR Solutions is seeking a Contract-to-Hire Recruiter in India to manage recruitment activities for C2H positions. The role focuses on connecting organizations with skilled IT professionals who can transition from contract work to permanent roles based on performance and business needs.

You will source candidates, screen them, coordinate interviews, and manage onboarding while maintaining strong candidate and client communication. 2+ years IT recruitment experience is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of IT roles and technologies.
• Experience using LinkedIn and recruitment platforms.
• Excellent communication and relationship-management skills.
