Job summary

Crest Ventures Limited in Mumbai is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to drive contracts and commercial management across our real estate projects.

You will manage contracts end-to-end from pre-award to closure, support tendering and procurement, monitor budgets and variation orders, and ensure compliance with terms and company policies.

The role requires a Civil Engineering degree and 8–10 years of contracts and commercial management experience in real estate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 8–10 years of experience in contracts & commercial management (real estate sector preferred).

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Contract Manager to drive contracts and commercial management across our real estate projects.

Role Overview

This role will be responsible for managing contracts end-to-end from pre-award to final closure while supporting tendering, procurement, and ensuring commercial control across projects.

Key Responsibilities

Contracts & Commercial Management

• Manage contracts from pre-award to closure for civil, finishing, MEP, and allied works
• Prepare comparison statements and draft, review, negotiate, and administer contracts/work orders
• Ensure adherence to contractual terms, specifications, and company policies

Tendering & Procurement Support

• Support tendering activities, including BOQ preparation, quantification, and rate analysis
• Coordinate with design, project, procurement, and planning teams
• Participate in contractor negotiations and finalization
• Monitor budgets, cash flow, and variation orders

Coordination & Compliance

• Ensure statutory, contractual, and audit compliance
• Maintain accurate contract documentation and records
• Support handover documentation and post-completion obligations

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, BOQs, specifications, and measurement standards
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and commercial acumen
• Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems (Farvision preferred), AutoCAD, and reporting tools

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• 8–10 years of experience in contracts & commercial management (real estate sector preferred)
