Job summary

Jett 4 Construction seeks an experienced Contract Manager for data centre and mission-critical construction projects in Mumbai. You will oversee contract administration from award to completion and coordinate with clients, PMC, consultants and vendors.

The role focuses on reviewing contracts, handling variations and claims, performing delay analyses, and preparing risk and commercial reports for management. Mumbai-based candidates preferred.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage contract administration from award to project completion.
• Review and interpret contracts, BOQ, scope of work, specifications, drawings, and commercial terms.
• Manage Variations, Change Orders, Claims, Counterclaims and EOT Claims.
• Conduct delay analysis and assess contractual and commercial impact.
• Prepare contractual notices, claims, responses, and project correspondence.
• Coordinate with Client, PMC, Consultants, Contractors, Subcontractors, and Vendors.
• Review and administer subcontractor and vendor agreements.
• Monitor commercial performance, payments, variations, commitments, and final accounts.
• Support negotiations related to rates, variations, claims, and contractual settlements.
• Identify contractual risks and recommend mitigation measures.
• Coordinate with Planning, Commercial, Project, Procurement, MEP, and Finance teams.
• Maintain records of contracts, claims, variations, notices, approvals, and correspondence.
• Prepare regular Contract, Claims, Commercial and Risk Reports for management.

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Contract Manager for Data Centre / Mission-Critical Construction Projects in Mumbai.

Mumbai-based candidates only. Immediate Joiners / candidates with a short notice period are preferred.
