Indiabulls Realestate is seeking a Manager / Senior Manager - Contracts to oversee end-to-end contract administration for real estate and construction projects. The role requires a Civil Engineer with 8-10 years in contracts and procurement.

You will lead contracting, tendering, vendor negotiations, and ensure compliance with project specs and company policies across multiple teams.

Qualifications

• B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering required.
• 8–10 years of experience in contracts and procurement.
• Real estate/construction industry background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end contracting activities for construction and real estate projects.
• Prepare, review, and finalize tender documents, RFQs, BOQs, work orders, and contracts.
• Lead tendering and bidding with vendor identification, bid evaluation and negotiations.
• Conduct technical and commercial comparisons of vendor quotations.
• Negotiate terms, rates, payments, timelines and other commercial conditions.
• Issue work orders, purchase orders and contract amendments.
• Coordinate with Project, Engineering, Procurement, Finance and Legal teams.
• Monitor compliance with terms, specs, timelines and policies.
• Manage contract variations, change orders, claims and extensions.
• Maintain contract documentation and support cost optimization initiatives.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Manager / Senior Manager - Contracts to manage end-to-end contract administration, procurement coordination, vendor management, and commercial activities for real estate and construction projects. The ideal candidate should be a Civil Engineer with 8-10 years of relevant experience in contracts and procurement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end contracting activities for construction and real estate projects.
• Prepare, review, and finalize tender documents, RFQs, BOQs, work orders, and contract agreements.
• Handle the complete tendering and bidding process, including vendor identification, bid evaluation, and commercial negotiations.
• Conduct technical and commercial comparisons of vendor and contractor quotations.
• Negotiate contract terms, rates, payment terms, timelines, and other commercial conditions with vendors and contractors.
• Prepare and issue work orders, purchase orders, and contract amendments.
• Coordinate with Project, Engineering, Procurement, Finance, and Legal teams for smooth contract execution.
• Monitor compliance with contractual terms, project specifications, timelines, and company policies.
• Manage contract variations, change orders, claims, and extensions.
• Maintain proper documentation and records related to contracts, tenders, vendor quotations, and approvals.
• Support cost optimization and value engineering initiatives across projects.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, vendors, and other external stakeholders.
• Assist in resolving contractual and commercial disputes during project execution.
• Ensure timely closure of contracts and finalization of accounts.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering.
• Experience: 8-10 years of relevant experience in Contracts and Procurement.
• Prior experience in the Real Estate / Construction industry is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of tendering, contracting, procurement processes, BOQ, and commercial negotiations.
• Experience in handling contracts for residential, commercial, or high-rise construction projects will be preferred.
