• Manage the preparation, review, negotiation, and administration of contracts.
• Ensure compliance with contractual terms and project requirements.
• Handle contractual claims and dispute resolution activities.
• Coordinate with project, procurement, legal, and commercial teams.
• Support tendering activities and contract award processes.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and maintain documentation.
• Identify contractual risks and recommend mitigation measures.
• Assist in negotiations and ensure timely closure of obligations.

• Coordinate with project, procurement, legal, and commercial teams on contract-related matters.
• Support tendering activities, bid evaluations, and contract award processes.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and maintain all contractual documentation and records.
• Identify contractual risks and recommend mitigation measures to protect project interests.
• Assist in commercial negotiations and ensure timely closure of contractual obligations.

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidates must possesses Real Estate industry experience.
