Emami Realty Limited is seeking a Manager/Sr. Manager - Contract Manager - Civil to lead contract and commercial management for real estate projects. You will prepare BOQs, review drawings, and drive cost control, value engineering, and procurement governance.

The role requires a BE/B.Tech in Civil and 10+ years of experience in real estate or construction, with strong vendor management and ERP/MIS reporting skills. Based in Kolkata with on-site duties.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
• 10+ years in real estate or construction.
• Experience in contract management and procurement is required.

Responsibilities

• Contract & Commercial Management- Lead tendering, bid evaluation, contract awards, and commercial risk management. Prepare BOQs, specifications, contracts, and ensure timely closure.
• Cost Leadership & Value Engineering- Drive value engineering, cost optimization, and budget control.
• BOQ & Specification Management- Review drawings, quantity take-offs, BOQs, specifications, and change orders.
• Vendor Development & Procurement Support- Develop, evaluate, onboard, and monitor contractor/vendor performance.
• Process Compliance & Governance- Ensure compliance with SOPs and procurement policies while maintaining contract, budget, and MIS documentation.
