The role requires 15+ years of experience in real-estate/construction and hands-on management of multiple projects across diverse packages.

The ideal candidate has 30+ floor high-rise project exposure, strong negotiation skills, and robust governance across civil, MEP, and finishing works.

• Strong hands-on tendering, BOQ/rate analysis, negotiations, and contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Tendering & procurement for major packages and project controls.
• Contractor & vendor management and performance governance.
• Contract management, variations, claims, and change orders.
• Cost control and commercial management across packages.
• Coordination with stakeholders and governance adherence.
• Project package management for civil, electrical, HVAC, and finishes.

• Experience in large commercial developments will be highly valued.
• Strong hands-on experience in tendering, BOQ/rate analysis, negotiations, contract finalisation, work orders, variations, claims, and contract administration.
