The role mitigates contractual risks, supports project delivery through effective stakeholder coordination, drives compliance, and optimizes cost and contractual performance across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 7–10 years of experience in contracts management for civil and finishing works, preferably in real estate, EPC, or construction.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end contracting process for civil and finishing packages.
• Prepare tender strategies, bid documents, and commercial evaluation reports.
• Lead techno-commercial evaluations and contractor negotiations.
• Finalize work orders, agreements, amendments, and contract documentation.
• Coordinate with project, procurement, and commercial teams to ensure timely contract execution.
• Monitor contract compliance, variations, claims, and change orders.
• Support project teams in resolving contractual and commercial issues.
• Monitor contractor performance and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, statutory requirements, and contractual obligations.
• Maintain contract MIS, trackers, and management reports.
• Guide and mentor junior contract executives.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvement.
