EPAM Systems is seeking a Learning Experience and Enablement Consultant to design and deliver end-to-end learning solutions, spanning digital content, coaching, and experiential learning. You will lead workshops, manage a small team, and drive adoption through measurable enablement strategies.

The role focuses on building capability, driving AI-enabled learning initiatives, and collaborating with client stakeholders to achieve enablement objectives across complex programs.

Formación

• 7+ years in instructional design and 5+ years hands-on change enablement experience.
• Minimum 2 years at a Big Four or boutique consulting firm.
• 2+ years using authoring tools like Captivate, Storyline, Rise, or Evolve to build advanced adaptive learning content.
• 3+ years presenting and advocating for technical and non-technical ideas to clients or decision-makers.
• Degree in Organizational Change, Instructional Design, Adult Learning, or related field.

This position involves designing and delivering end-to-end learning and change enablement solutions—spanning digital content, coaching, experiential learning, adoption campaigns, and assessments—all rooted in current learning science and change management practices.
