Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. in Bengaluru, India, seeks a Senior Quality Architect to drive design of large-scale solutions with deep technical details, align with business requirements, and lead TA framework development.

You will define test automation strategies, oversee manual and automated testing, participate in pre-sales activities, and engage with customers on architecture design and improvements, mentoring teams across geographies.

Qualifications

• 15–19 years of IT experience.
• Expertise in GenAI tools and testing AI/ML based systems.
• Strong experience in at least one programming language (Java, C#/.NET, Python, JS or TS).
• Understanding of industry trends and best practices; proactive architecture leadership.

Responsibilities

• Design large-scale solutions with deep technical details.
• Work with business to identify project requirements.
• Design TA solutions that are maintainable, extensible, modular and follow design patterns.
• Create and maintain TA frameworks or shared formats used across projects.
• Define and implement comprehensive test automation strategies and roadmaps.
• Create and maintain documentation for automation processes and configurations.
• Evaluate and select suitable test automation tools for different purposes.
• Oversee manual and automated testing for functional, integration, regression and performance aspects.
• Drive continuous improvement in test processes, tools and techniques.
• Perform architecture reviews/audits and go-live readiness activities.
• Engage in hands-on pre-sale activities (Proposal, RFP, RFI, Demos).
• Communicate with customers during solution architecture design or implementation.
