Job summary

EPAM Systems in India is seeking a Consultant for Workforce Experience Consulting - Learning Experience and Enablement to help clients empower employees and customers by identifying and bridging gaps in knowledge, behaviors, and mindset. You will design, develop, and implement comprehensive learning and change enablement solutions grounded in the latest learning sciences.

You will lead a small project team, facilitate workshops, and define metrics to measure adoption and long-term impact.

Qualifications

• 12 to 18 years of overall experience in IT.
• 7+ years of instructional design experience.
• 2+ years with a Big Four or boutique consulting company.
• 2+ years presenting ideas to clients or decision makers.
• Degree in Organizational Change, Instructional Design, Adult Learning, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute project approach and plan to meet client enablement needs.
• Interface directly with clients via meetings and workshops without oversight.
• Lead a small project team of learning experience designers, content developers, and change enablement consultants.
• Consult with client stakeholders and SMEs on learning design and change enablement methodologies.
• Facilitate workshops with client stakeholders and learners to gather data and document findings.
• Design and develop comprehensive change enablement and learning experiences.

In this role, you will design, develop, and implement comprehensive learning and change enablement solutions, ranging from digital content, coaching, and experiential learning to structured adoption campaigns and assessments, all grounded in the latest learning sciences and change methodologies.
