Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. in India seeks a Lead/Senior Solution Architect with deep specialization in AI technologies and application modernisation to design AI-driven solutions for global clients.

You will lead AI architecture, modernisation efforts, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable business value. Responsibilities include driving RAG model implementations, assessing legacy systems, and guiding migration to microservices or cloud-native architectures.

Qualifications

• 14+ years of general IT experience with proven experience as a Solution Architect in AI technologies and application modernisation.
• Hands-on experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) models in production environments.
• Expertise in application modernisation, including legacy system assessment, refactoring strategies, and monolith-to-microservices transformation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong research skills to stay updated on AI trends and modernisation patterns.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher.
