EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Lead/Senior Solution Architect in India to design cutting-edge AI-driven solutions and lead modernization of legacy systems across global client projects.

You will own migrations to microservices, cloud-native patterns and agentic platforms, steering multi-disciplinary teams and ensuring measurable business value through AI implementations.

Qualifications

• 14+ years of IT experience with proven Solution Architect track record in AI and modernization.
• Hands-on with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) models in production.
• Expertise in modernising legacy systems, monolith-to-microservices transformations.
• Excellent communication, presentation and client-facing skills.
• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.
