Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Consultant for Workforce Experience Consulting with a focus on Learning Experience and Enablement. The role emphasizes designing and delivering holistic learning strategies, coaching, and change enablement to close knowledge gaps and drive adoption across multinational clients.

You will lead workshops, manage a small team, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver AI-ready learning solutions and measurements that demonstrate impact.

Qualifications

• 12 to 18 years of total IT experience.
• A minimum of 7 years in instructional design and 5 years in change enablement strategies.
• At least 2 years at a Big Four or boutique consulting firm.
• 2+ years using authoring tools to build advanced adaptive learning materials.
• 3+ years presenting and promoting ideas to clients or key decision-makers.
• Degree in Organizational Change, Instructional Design, Adult Learning, or related field.
• Experience designing AI-driven learning solutions and knowledge infrastructure practices.
• Experience managing a small team of 3–5 members with mentoring duties.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute project strategy and plan to fulfill client enablement requirements.
• Lead client workshops, interviews, and data collection for learning needs.
• Manage a small learning design and change enablement team.
• Deliver live trainings and train-the-trainer sessions.
• Create tailored learning experiences and experiential enablement tools.
• Establish metrics and feedback mechanisms to track adoption and outcomes.

This position involves designing, building, and rolling out holistic learning and change enablement strategies—spanning digital content, coaching, experiential learning, structured adoption campaigns, and assessments—all rooted in current learning science and change management practices.
