Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks a Senior Quality Architect to lead architecture design and testing strategies for AI/ML-driven solutions. The role involves planning full-cycle infrastructure, driving pre-sales activities, and auditing existing solutions for improvements across multi-national projects.

You will design maintainable TA frameworks, select automation tools, and oversee both manual and automated testing to ensure top quality during go-lives. A strong leadership mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 15 to 19 years of experience in IT.
• Expertise in GenAI tools and testing AI/ML-based systems, using LLMs, MCPs, RAG, and evaluating Agents.
• Strong programming or scripting background in at least one language (Java, C#/.NET, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript).
• Solid understanding of industry trends and best practices, proactive leadership in architecture engagement.

Responsibilities

• Design large-scale solutions with deep technical details.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify project requirements.
• Design TA solutions that are maintainable, extensible, modular, and follow industry practices (SOLID, design patterns).
• Create and maintain TA frameworks, solutions, or shared formats across projects and programs company-wide.
• Define and implement comprehensive test automation strategies, including roadmaps, tools, frameworks and approaches.
• Oversee test automation architecture frameworks and document automation processes.
