Job summary

EPAM Systems seeks a Consultant for Workforce Experience Consulting - Learning Experience and Enablement to design, develop, and implement comprehensive learning and change programs for clients worldwide. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, interface directly with client stakeholders, and deliver data-driven learning solutions grounded in the latest learning sciences.

You will facilitate workshops, conduct data interviews, and build experiential enablement resources to drive user adoption

Qualifications

• 12 to 18 years of IT experience overall.
• 7+ years of instructional design experience.
• 5+ years in change enablement solutions.
• 2+ years with a Big Four or boutique consulting firm.
• 2+ years using authoring tools (Captivate, Storyline, RISE or Evolve).
• 3+ years presenting to clients or decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive learning and change enablement solutions.
• Lead a small project team of learning experience designers and change consultants.
• Interface with clients through meetings and workshops without oversight.
• Interview SMEs and stakeholders to document learning needs.
• Develop experiential enablement experiences and coaching frameworks.
• Define metrics and assessment strategies to measure engagement and adoption.
• Support AI readiness assessments under senior guidance.
• Build and monitor project workplans and client status reporting.

In this role, you will design, develop, and implement comprehensive learning and change enablement solutions, ranging from digital content, coaching, and experiential learning to structured adoption campaigns and assessments, all grounded in the latest learning sciences and change methodologies.
