Job summary

PERSOL is seeking a recruiter with 1+ years in staffing and recruitment to manage end-to-end hiring across manufacturing and engineering sectors. You will source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn and other channels, coordinate with clients and candidates from need understanding to offer closure, and maintain a robust talent pipeline for critical roles.

The role requires strong communication, coordination and a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and to deliver

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in staffing/recruitment industry
• Experience with end-to-end hiring in manufacturing/engineering sectors
• Ability to source through Naukri, LinkedIn, databases and other channels
• Coordinate with candidates and clients from requirement understanding to interview and offer closure
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical positions
• Hire within defined TATs and quality expectations
• Demonstrate excellent communication, coordination and stakeholder-management skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
