We are looking candidates for a Senior Rolefor the Automotive / Auto Ancillary/ Manufacturing / Engineering Industry with 4+ years of experience. Candidates should have experience in Executive Search and Mid to Senior Hiring for our company Executive Tracks Associates Pvt Ltd. at Pune Location, Viman Nagar.

The ideal candidate would have worked in executive search mandates for Automotive / Auto Ancillary/ Manufacturing / Engineering/ Auto / EPC, Chemical, Real Estate companies and would have experience hiring Mid to Senior roles Hiring.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Atleast 4+ years of deep-dive Executive Search
• Should have Experience in handling Mid to Senior mandates and Client Engagement (Not Mandatory).
• End to end recruitment and selection process of the candidate
• Mid - Senior hiring to consistently exceed performance targets.
• Working with Stakeholders to develop recruitment strategies for assigned positions
• Should have the ability to assess and evaluate business requirements as well as candidate profiles
• Should be skilled at using various tools of recruitment, have a good eye for talent, and have the superpower to attract skilled candidates.
• Identifying and creating a pipeline of candidates
• Will lead the search and conduct end-to-end activities.
