Job summary

PERSOL in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced recruiter to drive end-to-end hiring across IT and non-IT sectors, including manufacturing and engineering. You will source, screen, and shortlist candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other channels, coordinating with clients and candidates through interview and offer stages.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical positions, ensuring hiring within defined TATs and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of recruitment experience
• End-to-end hiring across multiple sectors
• Sourcing, screening and shortlisting candidates through various channels
• Candidate and client coordination from requirement to offer
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical positions
• Ensure hiring within defined TATs and quality
• Maintain recruitment MIS and provide updates
• Excellent communication, coordination and stakeholder management
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
