You will drive end-to-end recruitment, source across portals and LinkedIn Recruiter, collaborate with hiring managers, and maintain MIS analytics to ensure a superior candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of IT/ NON-IT recruitment experience.
• Hands-on experience in manufacturing, core engineering, electronics/electrical, or plant operations roles.
• Proficient with recruitment portals and boolean search techniques.
• High ethical standards, integrity, and client-delivery focus.
• Immediate joiners or short notice periods preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment life cycle from mandate briefing to onboarding.
• Lead domain-specific hiring across Manufacturing, Plant Operations, Electronics & Electrical, and Core Engineering.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to align profiles and search strategies.
• Source candidates via portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, headhunting, and databases.

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Talent Acquisition professional with 2 to 5 years of specialized expertise in IT/NON-IT Recruitment. In this role, you will bridge strategic client vision with high-caliber talent, taking complete ownership of key hiring mandates across core engineering and industrial domains.

• End-to-End Recruitment Ownership: Drive full-cycle recruitment workflows, managing from initial mandate briefing and active sourcing to candidate evaluation, offer negotiation, and successful onboarding.
• Domain-Focused Hiring: Spearhead Non-IT talent search across specialized industry verticals including Manufacturing, Plant Operations, Electronics & Electrical, and Core Engineering.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise closely with hiring managers and team leads to understand business requisitions, align on ideal candidate profiles, and calibrate search strategies.
• Strategic Candidate Sourcing: Architect multi-channel attraction strategies utilizing major job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, passive candidate headhunting, dynamic networking, and internal talent databases.
• Screening & Talent Assessment: Conduct structured preliminary interviews and competency-based screenings to evaluate applicants' technical capability, cultural alignment, and career aspirations.
• MIS & Recruitment Analytics: Maintain accurate, real-time MIS reports to track recruitment performance, pipeline strength, submission-to-select ratios, and candidate onboarding status.
• Candidate Experience Leadership: Serve as the primary brand ambassador, ensuring an exceptional, transparent, and engaging candidate experience throughout all recruitment touchpoints.

PRE-REQUISITES & QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience Standard: 2 to 5 years of proven experience in IT/ NON-IT recruitment, preferably within a fast-paced executive search or recruitment consultancy environment.
• Domain Expertise: Demonstrated hands-on experience in sourcing for Manufacturing, Core Engineering, Electronics/Electrical, or Plant Operations roles.
• Sourcing Mastery: Expert knowledge of recruitment portals (Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.), boolean search logic, and modern talent mapping techniques.
• Professional Competence: High ethical standards, integrity, and self-motivation with a clear focus on achieving client deliverables and targets.
• Availability: Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods are strongly preferred.
