The Opportunity

We are looking for highly driven individuals who want to build a career in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Consulting, or HR.

As a Talent Acquisition Consultant Intern, you will work directly on live hiring mandates for some of India's fastest‑growing startups. You'll learn how to identify top talent, engage candidates, understand business needs, and influence hiring decisions.

This is not a back‑office HR role. It is a high‑impact consulting role where you'll interact with founders, hiring managers, and experienced professionals from day one.

What You'll Do

• Partner with founders and TA teams to work on startup hiring mandates.
• Understand business requirements and create talent sourcing strategies.
• Identify and engage top candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and market mapping.
• Conduct initial candidate assessments and screening conversations.
• Coordinate interview processes and manage candidate experience.
• Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Track recruitment metrics and maintain ATS records.
• Conduct market intelligence and competitor hiring research.
• Support clients in scaling teams across Engineering, Product, AI, Sales, Operations, and Leadership functions.
• Building and driving a talent community
